Certification & Awarding Bodies: When you enrol in a certified programme (e.g. CTP, FMVA, CMA), your name, email, and registration details are submitted to the relevant institute (e.g. AFP — Association for Financial Professionals) for exam eligibility and certificate issuance.
Learning Management System (Thinkific): Your name and email are shared with our LMS to create your course account and provide access to digital materials.
CRM Platform (HubSpot): Form submissions from our website are transmitted to HubSpot, our customer relationship management platform, to manage follow-ups and enquiries.
Payment Processors: Payment transactions are handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
Internal Team: Relevant Beacon FinTrain staff (Sales, Training Operations, Finance) may access your data to deliver the service you requested.

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties beyond what is described above.

Course & Registration Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years to support certificate verification and compliance requirements.
Financial & Invoice Records: Retained for 7 years in accordance with applicable accounting regulations.
Website Enquiries & Contact Forms: Retained for up to 2 years from the date of last interaction.
Marketing Contacts: Retained until you opt out or request deletion.

After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Saudi Arabia: Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by Royal Decree M/19 of 2021.
International: Where clients are located in the EU or UK, we apply principles consistent with the GDPR as a standard of good practice.

Beacon FinTrain will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
